Yes – thoughts will creep in, you won’t be perfect the first time, or the second time, or the third time, etc. That is what we “practice” mindfulness. Be with yourself – relaxed – focusing on your breathing – not thinking – for 10 minutes a day. Every day. You have the time. Wake up 10 minutes earlier. Go to bed 10 minutes laters. Clearing your mind lowers stress, helps you think clearer, and makes you more aware in your present moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sure – you can do so much more to take your health to the next level. But keep it simple to start. Choose simplicity.
